The INORMS 2025 Conference (International Network of Research Management Societies) was held in Madrid from May 6–8, bringing together an outstanding community of over 2,200 research managers from across the globe.

The Portuguese delegation was proudly represented by approximately 50 research managers! Our community contributed to more than 20 sessions—and we are especially thrilled to share that the winning poster of this edition was authored by our very own Filipa Carvalho, Mariana B. Santos, Rita A. Soares, PhD Sofia Aires Martins, Rute Martins, and Francisca Vasconcelos.

Participating institutions included:
Chaperone · CoLab AlmaScience · FUNDamentally SCIENCE · Fraunhofer Portugal · Fundação Champalimaud · Hovione Farmaciência · IPB · Instituto de Telecomunicações · ISCTE · IST (CAMGSD, CEGIST, CERENA, iBB, ISR, INESC-ID, IDMEC) · Universidade de Aveiro · Universidade de Coimbra · Universidade de Lisboa (FDUL) · Universidade Lusófona (CICANT) · Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (IMS, FCSH, ITQB, SBE, Reitoria)
