inEvents, iBB News

On November 28th, iBB had the privilege of participating in the EIT Health Morning Health Talks held at Biocant Park. This event served as an invaluable platform for engaging with key Portuguese partners in the health ecosystem, exchanging experiences, and fostering collaborative ideas to advance the health sector.

Organized by AICEP, ACCELBIO, Biocant Park, and EIT Health, the event aligns closely with AICEP’s mission of fostering innovation and strengthening intersectoral partnerships to drive progress in strategic industries such as healthcare. The discussions highlighted the importance of building robust networks and exploring diverse innovation pathways, which are critical for delivering impactful healthcare solutions to populations.

A key event highlight was a presentation by Pascale Redig from KU Leuven, who showcased their mature and well-structured process for intellectual property (IP) development. The innovation process at KU Leuven is an inspiring model for research institutions aiming to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

iBB is proud to contribute to this ecosystem and remains committed to advancing research and innovation that can address pressing healthcare challenges.

Thank you so much to AICEP, ACCELBIO, Biocant Park, and EIT Health for inviting us and organizing such a productive event.
