Short Bio:
David Sousa is a reseach scientist, focused on constructing a bridge between Science and Entrepreneurship, with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a Master's degree in Chemical and Biological Engennering from Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal. He is currently a PhD student in Biotechnology and Biosciences at Técnico ULisboa in partnership with Instituto Politécnico de Tomar and Ferreira Gomes&Filhos, LDA. His most relevant research was the study of growing single cell protein with agroindustrial residues for animal feeding.
