The nGovFish project aims to develop oral vaccines for marine warm-water fish targeting photobacteriosis. These vaccines will utilize plasmid DNA (pDNA), in vitro transcribed mRNA (mRNA-IVT), and immunogenic recombinant peptides (r-peptides). The project will examine the immune responses in fish vaccinated using effective prime-boost protocols, employing combinations of DNA constructs or mRNA transcripts alongside immunogenic r-peptides.
