inAdvanced Training, Events, iBB News

We are pleased to announce the first training session of the Twinning project “DIG4BIO – Digitalization of Biomanufacturing”. This project aims to enhance IST’s skills in the field of bioprocess digitalization.

Why Python? Python plays a crucial role in the digitalization of bioprocessing due to its versatility, ease of use, and powerful data processing capabilities. It supports automation, data analysis, and machine learning, all of which are essential for optimizing and advancing biomanufacturing processes.  This workshop will equip participants with the necessary Python skills to leverage these advantages in their digitalization efforts.

This hands-on workshop will be conducted by two researchers from DTU, Denmark:

  • Carina L. Gargalo
  • Fiammetta Caccavale

Dates: September 10-12, 2024
Location: Holiday Inn Lisboa Hotel, Lisbon, Portugal

Participation is limited to 30 participants. Early registration is recommended.
