Short Bio:
Suzana Macuvele is a PhD student in Biotechnology and Biosciences, graduated in Applied Biologist from Eduardo Mondlane University (2018). Suzana´s work involves Evaluating glycans of eukaryotic origin as antagonists of bacterial adhesion, at the end of this PhD program, she expects to find a panel of glycan structures suitable to act as anti-adhesive compounds against P. aeruginosa and B. cenocepacia infections.
