Research Activities
Bacteria-based bioaugmentation tools for the bioremediation of soils polluted with chlorinated s-triazine herbicides (e.g., terbuthylazine); Transcriptomic profiling in Saccharomyces cerevisiae for predicting toxicity indicators and modes of action of environmentally relevant pesticides; Yeast-based phenotypic and gene expression bioassays for screening the potential toxicity of xenobiotics and environmental samples.
