Research Activities
The study of PI(4,5)P2 membrane dynamics and binding proteins,
through the characterization of protein-protein, lipid-lipid and
protein-lipid interactions in model membranes, making use of molecular
biophysical methods: Steady-state and time resolved fluorescence
spectroscopy methods; Fluorescence confocal imaging techniques;
Fluorescence fluctuation spectroscopy methods, such as, FCS and PCH;
Molecular dynamics simulations.
