Organization

iBB is comprised of four research groups and includes in its management structure the Director, an Executive Board, a Scientific Coordination Committee, a Scientific Council and an International Scientific Advisory Committee. The operation and management of iBB is regulated by norms proposed by their members and approved within the competent university bodies.

Scientific Coordination Committee
The Scientific Coordination Committee, which is composed by the Director, the leaders of the Research Groups and Senior members, in a total of 7, has the responsibility to coordinate the research, education and technology transfer activities.

Scientific Council
The Scientific Council integrates all Doctorate members of iBB and meets regularly in the annual scientific meetings.

International Scientific Advisory Committee
The International Scientific Advisory Committee is composed of top scientists from Europe and the US, who produce recommendations and suggestions related with iBB´s strategic options and their implementation. Read more...
