Research Activities

I work mainly on the downstream processing of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) through aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS). My goal is to design an innovative downstream process based on ATPS for the purification of mAbs from a complex medium, comprising cell separation and antibody selective extraction, envisaging process integration and intensification.
