Activities
My research is focused on the development of robust and cost-effective
protocols for human pluripotent stem cells expansion (hPSC),
differentiation and purification. Accounting for the growing importance
of purification methods in hPSC-derived cells production, greater
importance will be given to separation strategies - such as affinity
chromatography with monolithic cryogels, magnetic activated cell
sorting and microfluidic systems - to selective isolate relevant neural
precursor populations.
