Research Activities

My domain of specialization is:
Biotechnology and bioprocess engineering, namely in the development of purification processes for biopharmaceuticals (plasmid DNA and antibodies) based in several chromatographic steps (affinity, HIC, SEC), tangential flow filtration (TFF), aqueous two phase systems (ATPS) and process scale-up. Circular dichroism applied to proteins and DNA. Standard molecular biology techniques.
