Cláudia Lobato da Silva
Assistant Professor

Research Activities
My research interests are focused on the ex-vivo expansion of human stem cells, namely hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem/stromal cells, Cellular Therapies with human stem cells and bioreactors for stem cell cultivation. We have also been exploiting genetic engineering tools to improve human stem cell features for therapeutic use (e.g. angiogenic therapies).
